Fun but I lost

This tug of war rope is awesome for kids!! The rope is soft and won’t cut into your skin like the rope I remember from my childhood. It is thick enough for kid hands to hold it well.At 25 ft long, it is a great length for 5-6 kids per side. I think it’s needs to be longer if you have lots of adults.There are flags on the rope so you easily know when a team wins.Recommend for kids!

I took this set with me on a weekend Scout camp to have as a game choice for my Cubs. There were other units at the camp, so we ended up having multiple rounds... even with the Leaders playing, too.I tell you this so that you will know a few things: 1.) The cotton rope feels great in the hands and is just about the right diameter for little hands and adult hands, alike. 2.) There was practically no stretch to the rope and it didn't get damaged after a couple of hours of HARD play, and 3.) Coming with the bag to stow it, the whistle and the flags really is convenient and made setup and packing away again very nice.My only minor complaint is that the flags are a bit on the weak side and not very sturdy. They work OK for marking the lines to cross for winning, but I suspect that after a few iterations of pushing the platic sticks in and out of the ground will spell their demise.Overall, this is a great set and I had several Unit leaders ask where I got it. I DO recommend this if you are a youth leader of any type!

Got this to use at my Karate School. I already have a rope we use for tug-of-war, a regular nylon one, although it's held up for years now, it leaves the students hands very sore. I tried this one today, it was a 5 vs 5 adult tug-of-war, which is what the company sets the safety limit of this rope at for adults, 10, and the rope held up to the challenge and was more comfortable than the other one we use. I will gamble and try it in the near future with a larger group, but seeing the thickness this should be fine. It ships with other official "tug-of-war" goodies that I will never use, whistle, referee flags and such, but a nice rope overall.

A nice kit I didn’t know we needed. Lol A good rope for this purpose. And we appreciate the other accessories it comes with. Literally have a bag to keep it all in and everything you need to play tug-of-war. Let’s get it! 💪
