This thing is like a god send to me! It’s so simple BUT IT WORKS. Really the only real special thing about this is the headband, but that’s whats so awesome about it. You can get any old ice pack of simulator size and it will just work! The band will wrap around just about anything and will even stick to the Elastic part so you can go smaller than what you’d think, making it as tight r loose as you please. The ice packs are fantastic, you can just use them for anything you’d use an ice pack for and there way better than the cheep lunchbox thin things you can get in a pack of 4 to 5. Really it’s such. Useful tool for what ever you may want or need id say get two headbands and a few extera ice packs and your life will just be peaceful! (Also for sleepless nights it doubles as a killer eye mask. Just pop the packs in the fridge or microwave and put it on your eyes, best sleep ever! ) also im saying this after a YEAR of almost daily use, its good stuff~ don't think, just buy!

Great for using on your back, knee, shoulder, etc. Pliable so they rest around your knee or shoulder. Comes with a sleeve. Just pop in your freezer and use as needed.

I have ordered several of these ice packs and they freeze quickly ,are soft and malleable . They have afforded me great comfort .

I have had some breast biopsies the last couple months, these were perfect for icing the spots. They were flexible enough to slide into my bra felt comfortable.

Freezes fast, stays cold for a long time, feels good laying against you!!!
