The media could not be loaded. The product is in well packed. The noise is low so no worries. It's feel durable and well build. The sensor and light works well. Installation was smooth and hassle free. He humbly tell us everything about how to use and take care of it later. Also customercare is so responsive. Value for money and modern looking chimney.Edit: after instalation, using 3 days, the chimney motor have a sound while starting or change fan mode. So, i replace it with the help of amazon.Edit: i didn't done replace bcs i have to pay installation charge again so company executor came and told us there is a loose bolte but akso there is lil sound in motor which isn't so problematic so if there is any more issue then they will fully replace motor bcs it have 10yr warranty.
