Q: Product worked fine at first. Used it consistently almost every day and it stopped working completely after about 20 days from date of purchase.

Just got mine a couple weeks back. It stopped working after a few days. I changed to good quality batteries. Stopped again. Changed batteries again it worked for two days snd now won’t work at all.

No I does not heat the milk. It only spins and forces air into the milk. Personally, I am okay with this as a cool milk froth on a hot espresso adds a nice touch. Even though it does not add heat, it foams the milk up very well
