Steamer worked better than described. We are using this steamer to keep our 4c curls hydrated. Steam treatments and deep conditioning go a long way in maintaining natural curls.We have begun using the steam to refresh the curls instead of spraying water in the morning and the difference is night and day. The steamer emits steam for plenty of time to be able to hydrate and style the hair with plenty of water remaining to cleanse the face and wipe down the mirror!The process is so simple - simply remove the water plug, fill with distilled water, replace the plug, and turn the steamer on. The steam nozzle is fully adjustable and does not require any hands to operate. It will stand on any flat surface allowing you to keep your hands free for styling or cleansing.The steamer includes facial tools, a spa facial towel, essential oil pads if you would like to do aroma therapy, and a case to hold the tools. The whole kit is what you would expect to see at the aesthetician’s chair. Very excited to keep using it.

I love this steamer! I use it by lying on my bed and I put it on a cutting board behind me for stability. The steam is great! And I love the arm extension , allows for better coverage. It’s hard to clean though. No way to get into the chamber to do good cleaning. I use only pure water but still worried about mold, etc..so, after use , I empty out as much water left as I can , then I take hydrogen peroxide and pour a capful in the chamber , swish it around good, then I place a fan over the hole that the arm screws onto.. and let this flow on it for a couple hours and then the chamber is dry … so this is how I clean it. Great device! Just wish I could get to the chamber to hand clean it .

We loved using this steamer for our girls self-care night. It takes a few minutes to warm up and start steaming but once it gets going you can enjoy it for longer than I expected. I only wish the cord were longer so that I could place it somewhere I could get maximum coverage, we had to rotate our face to get full coverage.

I used this for my face, my hair and for the laughs, on a dress once. Steam was 10/10. It does leave a soft mist, very light. Decent size, I can move it around my space pretty easily. I think this was a good investment. I clean my 2-3 times per week depending on use.

Not recommended to purchase this product.water leakage. Broken less than 1 year. i purchased this product on July 2024. Used it for 4-5 times. This time , June 22,2025 the steam machine did not work any more , water was leaking at the bottom.
