These are by far my favorite sleep pills that I’ve ever had and my first ones too! They only take a few sips of water to get down and you only need to take one pill! For me all I do is take a pill and then lay down and close my eyes, within a few minutes to and hour then I’m asleep, and I also have a bad sleep schedule and have insomnia sometimes. This helped me sleep better and get my schedule on track, and I still wake up to my alarms even when I take the pills! I get at least 7 hours or more now whenever I take these pills! It’s also only a few dollars for 100 pills! I haven’t even had 20 yet so these definitely last long, and they’re non addictive so don’t worry about depending on them all the time, I can still sleep normally without them, these just help on rough nights. They’re small too which helps swallowing and they don’t taste like anything either, so it’s pretty easy to use. They don’t work when you’re using your phone though, when I was on my phone after being the pills I couldn’t sleep until I put my phone down and closed my eyes then fell asleep in minutes. So overall this is a must buy!!!!

Works better than Melatonin and there are no side effects. I get a good night's sleep and feel refreshed in the morning. The Melatonin that dissolves in your mouth works fast but doesn't give you as good a night's sleep.

Ever since I retired from the Navy, I have had sleeping problems. My problem was that I laid in bed for two hours before I could finally fall asleep. The great thing about this sleep aid is it works in under a half hour and gives me a great night’s rest. I strongly recommend this product for anyone who has difficulty sleeping.

I have suffered from an inability to fall asleep and usually awaken after 2 or 3 hours. After decades of this pattern, it takes a toll on a person. I resisted getting prescribed sleep medication. I tried the more expensive brands, all-natural aids, teas, and any home remedies that anyone suggested with little to no success, so I thought I'd try these. So far, they work better than most and less expensive than others. I can fall asleep approximately an hour after taking them and stay asleep longer before waking. I have not experienced any drowsiness or side effects.

They work great usually take 30 mins to an hour to kick in. Definitely worth buying also easy to swallow

Hey, this is pretty amazing. Take one early because you will sleep, uninterrupted, later in the morning. I don't get drowsy or lethargic when I take one capsule. I calm down at the usual hour and fall to sleep like magic. There are no morning repercussions. I've not had sleep problems, but have found that as I am getting older, my end-of-day sleep habits deregulate and send me to bed later, equalling getting up later. When I feel that I'm off schedule, one of these allows me to relax enough to keep on schedule, which gives me the sleep I need to enjoy the sunrise.

This doesn't do anything at all. I have a hard time going to sleep and staying asleep at night. For some reason I can sleep all day long and not sleep at night no matter what I do. It's like my body is permanently in the wrong time zone.Anyway I knew these were likely not going to do anything to me and surprise surprise they didn't. However after mixing w a 20mg melatonin I have been able to get some sleep. Probably isn't the fault of the brand as I'm one of those people that can take a lot of everything and feel nothing (my doctor said it's a specific enzyme or something in my body. I metabolize everything very fast and never feel the affects of anything). With just wanting to finally get some sleep at night when I have to be up for work every morning, I was hoping these would give me some relief but they didn't.They came nicely packaged and sealed. They are easy to swallow and there is no taste since they are s gel capsule.

Love this medication. Lasts a long time in your system for sleep. Easily to swallow the gel caps. Doesn’t least a taste in your mouth either.
