I would recommend getting a large. I bought a medium and had to send it back. The straps on the back brace were too short and the total length was too short. My opinion is that the photo is misleading. The lady must be very tiny.

I am about 5 feet tall and 120 pounds. I ordered the small and it fit just right. And you should look at that size chart thing because that’s how I decided.
