Very affective for managing graves disease but you have to take the dose that’s right for you. If you’re flaring a lot you will need to take this multiple times a day at the dose that works for you. It works pretty fast so you’ll know when you’ve reached the right amount if you’re sweating etc. Following the dosing on the bottle will not work. You have to be careful and start low and work up because you can really hurt yourself if you OD with this stuff. I find this works more effectively alongside lemon balm tincture. Cleanest and most budget friendly of all the others I’ve seen. Taste great. Would give 5 stars but the shipping is so slow I can’t recommend it for people who need it quickly. It is extremely slow and for people like me who need it regularly (and have to time purchasing around payday) this is unacceptable especially for Amazon.

I was taking this to lower high thyroid levels. 2ml twice a day. Did not do anything for my thyroid. My free t's actually went higher. Disappointed to say the least.
