Someone put thought into this!
If I could guarantee I'd never buy another flap I would. If I can help it, I won't. I can't speak much to how the adjustable dial works but it seems like it helps? I never thought I'd consider the virtues of such a small b8t of metal, but the chain hook alone, plus the snap-on bracket, is enough to make me a customer for life. So easy to install and adjust, MUCH better than the standard flap-chain hook. 10/10 would recommend.

This works/functions as expected/described.

Quality and tight seal
Overall worked well, fixed the leaky toilet. I had to shave the plastic to enlarge the snap on portion to fit more loose in order to open and close more easily with each flush. No fault of this, just my toilet design, the seal was great once installed. Materials are well made, should last for quite a while.
