Stopped working after 10 months
The zoom lens and manual focus enabled me to get very good results after initial setup with AgentDVR. ONVIF detection worked well. As noted by others, low light images are poor and have significant ghosting but it did what I needed. Daylight images are surprisingly crisp once the focus is adjusted. After 10 months of use, I noticed some image degradation and within 48 hours the camera failed completely. Used internally so no water ingress problems. Sadly, for my use case, I need the zoom lens and there don't seem to be suitable alternatives in the market.

No live preview and incorrect time.
1. Camera was out of focus upon receipt - Manually adjusted and corrected. 2. Could not alter the time - Camera constantly defaulted back to UTC+08:00. Selecting "Manual" greyed the time setting out and although it did show the correct time in the settings, it still displayed the incorrect time on the live image and recordings. 3. There was no live preview - I had to connect it to the NVR just to see an image. I could not set it up via a browser page and I tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Brave, all with the same result regardless of which stream was selected. Returned and refunded.

Good value but poor set up instructions.
If I didn’t have some idea how to find the ip address which was not as said in the instructions I would never have configured this camera. I was pointed to a subscription viewing app which was not indicated in the description. Otherwise it’s a good camera.

Excellent quality
Works as expected, tested with POE over a local network. I had issues with initial setup as it defaults to DHCP but once setup I used the IPC Batch Tool which you can get from hfwvision.com to change the IP address to a static one so that it persists through power loss/reboots. Highly recommend if your happy with basic TCP/IP networking. No sound with this model.
