Paradise Green Dried Mango

Is it the healthiest dried mango out there? Nope. But it may be the tastiest. I will cheerfully eat a piece or two of this per day in lieu of reaching for chocolate. Nice and chewy, not too tough, it’s a great snack.

I usually eat 7D Mangoes brand. Paradise Green mango was just as good, but slightly less sweet. There were handful of slices that were cut too close to the center of the fruit. Meaning, they were difficult to chew due to fibrous parts. Other than that, I really enjoyed great tasting mangoes at very reasonable price. I would order again in the future. Update: I have ordered it again. Had little more fibrous parts than before, but overall great taste and quality. Most were chewy and sweet to my liking. However, I have not ordered it again since the price increased. I thought the previous price of the product was very competitive...

The best dried mango on the market, imo. Very chewy with a great mango flavor and just the right amount of sweetness

I have just recently discovered dried mango and I really love it!! This is one of the best I have tried. It's really mango fruit that has been sliced, dried and sweetened- yes it has added sugar! But all things in moderation! I have ordered some brands that weren't just dried, sliced mangos- I really don't know what they are made of. But this is real fruit!! I'm sure I will be ordering it again!

What happened to this bag or batch? Smells and taste overly ripe. The color is not yellow-orange but more like orange-brown. Look at my photo! Tastes gross. Texture is awful. Smells almost raisin-like. I loved it at Costco so when I saw this offered on Amazon I did not hesitate to order. What a regret. I specifically chose this brand because I thought it tasted better than others. It’s the sweetest (might be too sweet to some). Other brands are slightly tart or has a tang. Well, this batch is awful!! Hope I can get a refund for this (*Update/Edit* I was able to get a refund through customer service. You cannot do it yourself through returns/orders page). If you had similar experience as me please hit the “helpful” button below so I know I’m not the only one!!

Unfortunately, these taste amazing. They're soft, a little chewy, and absolutely delicious. BUT to keep this texture and flavor, they've been preserved with sodium metabisulfite. Also, the package touts them as "naturally sweet" yet sugar is one of the ingredients. Dried mangoes without preservatives and sugar generally have the same flavor and texture as shoe leather. These taste phenomenal and I love them, but for me, they're more candy than fruit. Sadly, I won't be buying them again.

If you purchase this product, you might find yourself unable to stop eating it. Seriously, they are delicious. Sweet, but not candied... certainly taste like mango... not fibrous... pleasantly chewy but not shoe leather. If you are sharing this with another, you might want to split it up before you start eating, just to avoid the inevitable arguments about who has eaten more and who gets the rest. Best just buy two bags to avoid all that...
