The oil has an extra smell, not unpleasant, but definitely something other than black seed. The ingredients don’t mention anything, yet I’ve ordered this brand of black seed oil many times before and it never had this smell.Updated July 14, 2025: The taste is still good and you get used to the smell. Price is reasonable and it’s great for the immune system.

Update,I have using it orally just few drops every morning and it caused me abdominal discomfort. My advice, don’t consume it without asking your Dr.I purchased this after reading its health benefits.I add it to my morning water with lemon . The taste is so strong but not bothering me at all.Be careful do not take any supplements without asking your Dr.

Order received in tact, no leaking. This is my second order. I got it for anti inflammatory use. Not sure how that's going, but I did notice it helps with pain. I have joint pain when I've been working harder than normal and it seems to calm down enough to at least sleep. As far as taste, I didn't find it too offensive. I plan on using this instead of ibuprofen and acetaminophen. I did also notice if I take this more than twice a day I got mild diarrhea.

I use lots of oils on my face like jojoba oil, castor oil, etc. I read you can use this on your face as well. I did not even put close to my eyes and yet my eyes burned incredibly from this. It must’ve migrated into my eye area somehow. I would say don’t use it on your face only your body. It does not smell well at all. It also says you can ingest it but it tastes horrible. I’ll just stick to using it to mix with my body lotion. But it doesn’t smell nice.
