Amazing all-round bench, seemingly has all the features you could want: Easily adjustable with the twist and lock mechanism, no need to put the bench on its side to adjust and not risking it moving out of place mid-set like some other benches Back wheels to manoeuvre without having to pick it up Adjustable feet pads which some of the more 'commercial' benches often leave out but I actually use Compact size, no bits sticking out either (i.e. feet pads are same width as bench) is all very sleek. Perfect for smaller home gyms Love the sleek black look and it folds down so can be easily tucked away where space is a commodity Super easy to put together with spanner included, took me 10 minutes total to get all the bits out and assemble. The lumbar support pad is probably the only unnecessary thing - but I'm going to use it as something to kneel on when doing certain cable exercises so still serves a purpose

A weigh around 110KG, 6ft 3 and this bench is extremely comfortable and easy to use, very sturdy, easy to install too. Would recommend. Feels safe to use and the padding is good. Occasionally spray some WD40 on the adjustable knobs just to make sure they aren’t difficult to turn. Good length and can hold my weight.

Really happy with this purchase. The bench is sturdy, easy to adjust, and super comfortable to use during my workouts. Whether I’m doing incline presses or ab work, it holds up great. Pros: - Soild and easy to build as only the feet of the bench and legs need to be added, and the pins put in the foam onto the leg bar - Price at time of purchase was a little under £90 on Black Friday week deal so great value for money - It's easy to change the decline and incline of the back rest, it feels secure at 180 flat, upright, and all the other positions you may want to use it - It folds easily to a slightly more compact size. Just ensure the pins are put back in place so you don't loose it - The wheels on the back feet helps with moving the bench - The feet can also be adjusted to reduce any wobbling from uneven floor services. - Build quality, is great. Cons: - Delivered 8 days later than initially stated, and it was left to me to contact Amazon customer service to sort out and rearrange the delivery so that the courier would get my purchase to me. The contact information that Amazon has for this courier and link sent via sms would not work, the phone number would not connect. I needed to go online and get the correct information and contact the courier via WhatsApp as they would not answer my calls and delayed responding to my WhatsApp message for hours etc. The couriers customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I was given the run around through messaging to include blaming me for not accepting a phantom delivery at 3 am. The day of delivery was not great, none of the protocols they put in place was followed. e.g. calling the customer 30 mins before the delivery, and the bench package was 'dumped' just beyond the doorway of my home along with a rude comment, from the men delivering. So far I am pleased with the bench, heavily disappointed with the delivery, I will do a follow-up after using the bench for a time.

Bemch feels sturdy and strong. For a home use item at this price i believe this is very well made. Ths bench has easy quick release screw pins for changing the angle. The bench is easy to move around. The padding feels firm, durable and is comfortable. The decline on the bench is good to put the body into better position when laying face down performing hamstring curls with ( sold separately ) ankle cuffs, training bands and door anchors. Before using this bench i was laying on a wooden box to perform dumbell chest presses. The width of this bench is better because it allows for better scapular movement when lowering the weights to chest. I am 5'7 ft and my feet touch the ground flat for extra stability when pressing. Other benches the feet can dangle or not touch floor flat and that's just an issue for people of a shorter height but people liftimg weights dont come too much shorter than me so this bench should suit most people. Top product for home use and price.

Perfect packaging plus impressively secured items within. Totally simple assembly with pin point accuracy for the base supports, just a slight tap to line up the bolt holes. Done a full body workout on it and not a single creak, this workout bench is absolutely solid.

I read through a lot of reviews on about 10 different benches and decided on this one mainly because it was mentioned as being sturdy and that's what matters most to me. Well I'm so happy I made the right choice, this bench is extremely solid when locked in place, there's no movement whatsoever. It's got firm padding but comfortable and seems to be really well made, the positions are easy to adjust and feel very secure. I'm 6"1 and it is just long enough to still support my head when laying down. The back can be changed to many positions from almost upright down to decline. Took 5 minutes to put together, really easy, and next day delivery. Very happy!

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und die Verpackung ist sehr gut. Alles geschützt und seperat in Styropor eingepackt. Der Zusammenbau ist sehr einfach und in 5 min fertig. Gabel- und Imbusschlüssel sind dabei. Die Bank ist sehr stabil und trotzdem hat sie wenig Gewicht. Da wackelt nichts. Beim Kauf war ich sehr skeptisch, ob sie für meine Körpergröße (knapp 2m) geeignet ist. (speziell wegen der Länge der Rückenlehne). Aber die Länge ist wie für mich gemacht. Bis jetzt habe ich keine Mängel feststellen können. Schweißnähte, Konstruktion und Sitz- Liegefläche sind sehr sauber verarbeitet. Dem Verkäufer ist es offenbar wichtig, dass man zufrieden ist. Nach dem Kauf bekommt man gleich eine mail, ob beim erhalten der bank Alles ok ist. Auch bei Fragen bekommt man ungehend Anwort. Nachdem ich jetzt die Bank die letzten 4 Monate mit fast täglicher Benutzung und schweren Gewichtstraining gemartert habe, hat sich nichts verändert. Sie bleibt wie anfänglich stabil. Per mail bekam ich mal eine Anfrage ob sie in jeder Lage 400 Kg aushält. Ich bin mir sicher, dass mit 400 kg Belastbarkeit gemeint ist, wenn das Gewicht über die ganze Bank verteilt ist...... wie am Foto, wo die Hantelscheiben darauf liegen. Ob sie wirklich 400 Kg aushält, kann ich nicht testen. Beim zb. Bankdrücken mit schweren Gewicht achte ich immer darauf, dass meine Schulterflügel so gut es geht mittig auf der Bank sind, denn das Risiko ist da, wenn man am obersten Ende der Rückenlehne liegt, dass sie vielleicht dort nachgibt. Das sah ich auch schon in Studio bei den Klappbänken. Deswegen gibt es Flachbänke die das unterstützen. Ansonsten bin ich immer noch sehr zufrieden. Update nach 1,5 Jahren. Anfänglich dachte ich, dass sie schon 1 Jahr halten sollte. Die Bank weist keine Ermüdungserscheinungen auf. Nichts wackelt. Alles noch sehr gut. Benütze sie ca. 5 Tage pro Woche, seit ich sie habe.

Le banc est de bonne qualité et le réglage du dossier et du siège ce font facilement grâce aux manettes.

The product came undamaged, No scratches/dents and the box was in perfect condition. Easy to assemble, just a couple pins to drop in. Sturdy enough for a 230 pound male to bench press 215. No creaking or wobbling. Haven’t gone past that but it feels solid enough for at least 300. The leg rest cannot be locked in a position, but feels solid when using it for decline sit-ups. It can be folded but it’s a pretty large bench, I don’t see why anyone would fold it and store it along with whatever weights and barbells might be getting used. Seems like more of a packaging convienience than a needed feature. Wheels are very smooth and easy to move around. The removable back rest is a good addition, haven’t used it on the bench, but it has been useful as a general piece of gym equipment. My only con is it’s very easy to false set a position, where the pin hasn’t properly aligned with the hole, make sure to double check you’ve locked the position before adding weights. That’s it, great home bench. Highly recommend!

Acabo de recibirlo. Lo principal que me ha llamado la atención es que se nota bastante robusto. He hecho un par de pruebas y todo bien. Mido 178 y estoy perfectamente en el banco. Tiene varias posiciones posibles cuyo cambio es fácil y rápido. A valorar especialmente que el respaldo tenga inclinación en negativo para hacer press declinado (no es algo que se tenga habitualmente) y se pueda poner el sillín en linea en esta posición (lo que permite por ejemplo hacer elevaciones de gluteos). Venía bien empaquetado. El montaje es muy sencillo, cuestión de minutos. El plegado no lo he probado, no parece muy complicado. Cuando lo monté ví que se movía muy fácilmente gracias a las ruedas que tiene, se levanta de un lado con una mano y se conduce a donde quieras. Yo pensaba tenerlo plegado pero viendo que no cuesta nada moverlo al final lo dejo pegado en la pared cuando no lo vaya a usar como si fuera un asiento. Peso 85 kilos, he estado haciendo press con dos mancuernas de 20 kg y es completamente estable. En general la sensación era muy positiva, como un banco que puedas encontrar en tu gimnasio. Ahora sólo queda darle caña y ver que tal resiste la prueba del tiempo.
