Worked as advertised. everything I needed from the kit was there. worked as expected and carry a spare kit for future issues. I watched many YouTube videos and finally had the courage to take this on and this kit was what I needed.

This is the second kit I have purchased here. Others are available but this one is a good price and I know it worked perfectly on my backroom slides. I have tried two other kits here both with the exact same picture and info and none were even close to this level of quality. I can assure you 100% that this kit is exactly the same as the factory kit I bought for double the cost. This is what you want. Disregard any bad comments. Based on my last two purchases of this one, my purchase of the factory cable set and many knock offs I can honestly say that you will not do any better so stop looking, comparing and shopping. This kit provides all the parts you need to make the repair. You mist also have a good cable cutter and swager. I found that the compression sleeve did not work well. It did pull through the first pulley but then came off. This was a top cable. Do yourself a favor and watch several videos on this process. The Norco Bal videos make it look real easy doing this on the frame while not actually installed on an RV. It is NOT that easy. Also make sue you read instructions and watch some videos on how to properly adjust the slide and take care of that on all eight cable while you are there. I worked with a mobile mechanic and it took us two hours. I was exhausted, sore, and all scraped up when finished.
