Why you should buy this tank for your army DUH
I don't normally write reviews but this tank deserves it. Let me start this off by telling you a little story- I once was a 40k scrub I was in the hobby for well over 10 years and I hadn't won a single match. I can assure you my losses were 100% from me playing a scrawny Xenos army and not an army that displays the might of the Imperium. Enter 8th I want something fresh, something new so I go out and see those dank Primaris Marines; you know the ones, they don't look like they are wearing a shoe for a helmet. Anyways, I see these baddA$$ looking marines and I want to play em, but I don't know where to start- ENTER THE MOTHER F!#@%#$ Repulsor. Let me continue with this open up the Adeptus Astartes Codex to page 180. Go ahead I will wait........ You there? Great, now you are probably saying to yourself, "hey Ates that isn't the page of the Repulsor, that is the page of the Rhino and the Razorback!" I KNOW! see how this page fits two tanks? these two tanks have so little firepower GW can fit TWO of them on a single page. Now do me a favor turn the page to 182. Queue the music, you see that ladies and gents boo yeah- this mother has a whole page to her self. I can only imagine GW was like forget the trees this dank tank has all the dakka. You know what ladies and gentleman this tank may just be the single greatest tank per points value you can have in a marines army to date. Think I am overhyping it? Well tell that to any sorry sucker that is on the receiving end of two of things. Yeah yeah, that's right I said two of these bad mamapajamas. You will have Xenos and Chaos running to the edge of the universe with this piece of plastic perfection. So in short friends do yourself a favor and buy a repulsor. You will love it, I will love you for loving it, your opponents will hate you for having it. In closing this tank is Lit.

Model came with little flash and the mold lines were very subtle, and most importantly it was actually what I ordered and not just a box full of empty sprues

Okay, reviewing this is weird. I find it easier to do the model in a different order than the instruction book suggests. I make the turret first, set that aside, start making the main tank, build up it's sides FIRST then put the roof parts on AFTER. It just seems to fit better. The hardest part is to try and get the seams in the front sides of the tank. There is literally no easy way to get them, so you end up dumping a few full tubes of superglue into the front of the tank and hope for the best. This tank has a bunch of weapon options, and it mostly depends on your army what you take. I find all of the grenade launchers to be basically useless, since they just don't do enough damage to make a difference. If you are running this thing with Imperial Fists rules, then the normally useless stubbers actually become a weapon worth taking (still hate how they look, would prefer heavy bolters to go back to being the standard) I run my pair with heavy onslaught gatling cannons, hull lascannons, door storm bolters, frag and krakstorm launchers, and then the pintle onslaught cannon, Icarus AA pod, and extra heavy stubber. These things are dedicated anti infantry tanks, and should be used accordingly in a second line. They have two lascannon options, go for the hull guns first, since they get full range. The las-talon while as strong, has an inferior range. If you can get an Exterminator to blast the transports first, this thing does wonders at mopping up troops afterwards. Can this thing pop transports? Yes. BUT always use a different vehicle to try for it first. That way, you can use this things lascannons for anti-hero duty. The only other complaint I have about this thing as a model is the tank turret itself is very close to the tank main body. Good for a real tank, kinda frustrating for a model, since it can limit the posing. I'm probably going to find some sort of spacer to make the turret sit a millimeter or two higher than it currently does. Ave Imperator.

Great product. More fiddly to assemble than expected though. Had to use elastic bands to hold the main sections in place when gluing. Also needed to use some liquid green stuff to cover some gaps. This isn't completely unheard of though for GW kits and now that it's assembled and painted, it looks pretty good on the table top ☺

Un beau char qui se monte facilement. Quelques pièces de la structure extérieure était cependant un peu tordues ce qui rend l assemblage moins précis que sur les photos
