We remodeled the kitchen and changed appliances from GE to Samsung. The microwave died way too young. Went back to GE. This unit does it all: micro, convection oven, AND air fry. It is SO NICE to have that convection oven feature to be able to back something in the large oven and in this unit and different temperatures at the same time. We like the rotary control knob to dial-in bake times too!

This is a good product. One thing to consider is the swing of the door. I installed it, but the door wouldn't open all the way because of the cabinet on the left. I had to remove it a do a reinstall. The microwave looks great and has very good features. I used the airframe feature and it worked, but it takes a little longer than conventional airfares. This doesn't come with a user's manual, so I may have not used it correctly.

Premium microwave. The connection oven and air fryer take a while to heat up, but installation was quick and easy.

Shipping was quick with no dings. Fit and installation easy enough. As far as actual microwave I would have liked it much better if menu was backlit at all times. In a dark or unlit kitchen, menu can be difficult to see. Also I found menu organization not very intuitive. With all said and done, microwave, and oven cooking word well! Cooks well!

Works well as expected. Looks awesome

This unit was installed in a 2002 Fleetwood Bounder 39R motorhome (diesel pusher). It replaces the older original convection/microwave (GE Profile) that have been discontinued. The wall bracket fortunately fit my existing bracket, so swapping it out was easy. The bolt pattern that holds the unit at the top was a little different, but that was no problem (templates are included). This works like a champ and allows you to bake (convection oven mode) or microwave or perform a fast bake/speed bake where it is used as an oven while occasionally using the microwave features to help speed things up (but they don't taste like microwaved food). It's a quality unit and a great replacement... and a LOT cheaper than the flagship model that they now sell. The flagship model is an embarrassment in many ways (you can't even keep the clock on -- as it auto shuts off and they're trying to claim its for energy conservation, or some lame excuse. This GE Profile model has all the best features AND the clock stays on if you want it to). Don't be fooled into thinking the more expensive flagship model is better -- it's NOT. THIS model is half the cost (or more) and just as good with more features.

Big mistake investing in this expensive GE microwave with an air fryer. The features don’t work as advertised. The air fryer is terrible! It took 50 minutes to cook chicken fingers and wings, with poor results. a couple of month after buying it I got a sensor error message. This microwave came with an additional warranty, which sounds great… until you actually need it. Consumer Priority Services has refused to repair the appliance or refund the cost. So what exactly was the point of the warranty? Now I’m stuck with a broken microwave that doesn’t function as advertised and a warranty that means nothing. For the price, I expected quality, reliability, or at the very least support. I got none of those Save your money. 0 stars
