Works. Easy to do. Charges well. Could probably travel well. Not too big. Looks nice.

Had a problem but then….
This worked as expected. About 6 months in, it stopped working. I started this as a 1 star rating but changing to a 5. The company reached out and promptly (without being asked) replaced it. Awesome customer service.

does not work (refund received!)
DOA. Never even got a power indicator using the original switch power supply (working on the original dock) Update: I added 3 stars for the sellers response to my review. Full story: I didn’t try to use the dock until AFTER the return window had closed so when I first plugged it in and found that it didn’t work even with the original switch power supply (recommended by the seller) I was pretty disappointed. I figured it was just a loss since I had waited so long. Well the seller reached out and offered a refund- no questions asked! I accepted and a full refund was processed right away. While it’s a shame this product didn’t work, the seller really stood behind the product!

Need switch power adapter
Edit to add: Seller reached out to help. The cord included was not effective and we had to order a switch cord. Now it works fine. Will not connect to console. Tried 3 different tvs and couldn’t get the green light to come on.

Do not Buy
I bought this docking station for my Nintendo Switch and it's honestly one of the worst purchases I've made. Right out of the box it feels cheap, but the real disappointment came when I tested it. For it to work, I literally have to press the Switch against the dock so it can pick up a signal and show anything on the TV. That's not only inconvenient, it's completely unacceptable for a product that's supposed to make using the console easier. The connection does not sit properly, the signal is unstable, and it feels like it could stop working entirely at any moment. I seriously regret buying this. I don't understand how such a basic accessory can perform so poorly. I do not recommend this product. Save yourself the trouble and spend a little more on the official dock or at least a higher-quality third-party option

Works good for a year very easy to fix
I have had mine for a year now I had to open it twice to fix. I opened it the first time it was a success, and it worked for me and then broke again. I am going to bye a new one because maybe this one was defective I will give it a chance. Other than that great product I’m only going to give it three stars last year. I had to fix it twice. where I am now a second time fixing it it will not appear on the TV screen now to access the internals from the screwdriver and you’ll see screws. That’s how I opened it up and fixed the first time. The first time was a excess like I said second time cannot get back on TV. I am back editing my review. Customer service is great. They just sent me a whole new system thank you so much for sending me a whole new docking station that was very nice again, thank you. Customer service is amazing. I recommend this product a lot because so far. I’ve been using it and it’s been working great recommend it for traveling and portability for when you don’t want to disconnect your official switch dock or bring that one anywhere to damage it again, thank you so much for sending me this.

It's a switch flaw, so I don't blame these guys too much.
I listen, clearly this is a design flaw in the switch. To design something to be used in the two ways this system is made for. The dock should be reliable, consistent and resilient... yeah, those all might mean the same thing. The dock that came with the system burned out after about a year. The people at the game store shrugged their shoulders and said it was a common problem, but they carry refurbished ones for 100 bucks. I bought one, it lasted about a year. I wasn't Johnny on the spot about getting it back and I ended up getting there 5 days after my warranty expired (that's on me). BUT, they no longer had replacement docks. I found them on ebay, but one, but after a few weeks it would only send signal if you wiggled it just right into the dock. So i bought this one. I bought this one just before Christmas and it worked fine up through yesterday. I am home sick (which unfortunately have me time for this rant), I was going to kill some time playing switch, when waaaa waaaaaaa. No connection can be made. I jiggled wires, I begged, I pleaded, I cussed... I did ALL requisite things, but THIS dock no longer will even charge my switch. I have a Greninja to catch in two days.... what is a Pokemon Trainer to do!?.... Like i said at the beginning, this is clearly a SWITCH, downfall, and I don't lay much blame on the maker of this particular dock. BUT THE SITUATION HAS BECOME VERY FRUSTRATING.
