When they say these don't work on gfci, does thst mean on the whole circuit or the actual breakered receptacle?

They really don't work with GFCI Outlet because the screw posts on GFCI outlets are not located in the center of the power block they are located at top or bottom of actual plug part. The wings on these plates are exactly in the center of the decor area whch means they will not make contact with the power screws needed to power the unit. If you have a Decor outlet that is a standard outlet or on a GFCI circut but has NO breaker test/reset buttons it may work I would look inside your outlet first before purchasing and see where the screw terminals are located if they are in the middle of the plug on left & right you will be fine.

what color temperature of light is emitted by the LEDs?

Scott's answer, when they said ""We recently adjusted our LED color from the Cool Blue to a Warm White (4000 Kelvins)..." , they were wrong. 4000K is not warm; it is a cool (more blue than yellow) light. The higher the number, the more cool/blue the light. The lower the number, the more warm/yellower the light. A warm light would be under 3000K.

Any idea on lumens or wattage of the LEDs?

not sure on that, but I would guess around 50 lumens, maybe uses 1/2 or 1 watt at best. It is 3 very small LED lights. It's not very bright, but enough light in the dark to see where you are going. I got them for my 80 year old mother, she loves them.

can they be used on a light switch?

Works better than you'd expect.

These are awesome. If you have a dark hallway or whatever these are great. Its simple to install by just changing out the wall plate. They are a little pricey but worth it. No batteries, easily ties into the outlet. Great product.
