Great for starting out
Perfect for just starting out and learning with sourdough. I’ve had this kit for a while and it’s going strong. I did break the spatula but that was when using it to try and combine dough ingredients. Perfect size.

Love that this jar has straight sides and is the same circumference all the way, making it easy to see how much your starter has grown. Love that the jar is labeled with the weight of the jar, making the math super easy. I appreciate the option of the metal lid or the cloth cover.
