Honestly I have been using the Fitbit ultra and ultra HR for the last I don't know how many years and this luxe is by far superior and amazing and I cannot say how much I love it and how much it integrates with the app and it actually told me I was having tachycardia which was amazing because I have asthma and ended up in the ER and I wouldn't have known otherwise

The first issue I noticed was that several times the band popped off, causing the Fitbit to fall off. Then after wearing it for 2 weeks, one afternoon it completely died after being fully charged that morning. It went blank and would not respond. I contacted the seller but because it had been 35 days (it was a gift so I did not start using it immediately upon arrival) I was unable to return it or receive a refund. I'm not sure how I am feeling about Fitbit in general but I will not use or recommend this seller. I understand that they have a 30 day return policy but for a completely defective, useless product they should stand behind the customer better. It's not like I just changed my mind on day 35.

Absolutely love my watch! I've had it for a couple of weeks now and I use pretty much every feature. The size is great if you are a smaller framed person or just not a fan of large watches.

was having problems with battery of my old Fitbit. kept shutting down when i had plenty of battery left on it. this one has been working great.

I did not like this item.The face of this watch was too small to read, and it took too many taps to operate. I would not recommendthis product too anyone.

Love my Fitbit. It came with everything described and works well. Definitely recommend getting this one.

The Fitbit charge 5 didn’t even last a year before it completely lost its charge. Not worth the price.
