Red light therapy for the win!!! I have a couple Bestqool panels but this belt gives me freedom from pain on the go! It works wonderfully. It comes with two different power options and several settings including intensity, duration and pulse options. I seem to use the USB option the most. I typically keep it in my car and use it when driving after a workout, or take it up to my desk at work and plug into my computer or a battery pack making it even more mobile. I love that it is so pliable and mobile! I gave it a couple of months of use before writing this reveiw. Pain is subjective so all I can say is it has worked for that. I have genuinely experienced marked improvement in sleep, energy and mood too. I tend to scar easily and they remain ugly red or dark in color. Using the red light has provided noticeable change and some of the scars have all but vanished. You would really have to look hard to see them. I love that! Lastly, I have a 14 yr old German Shepherd. I have used it on her back legs and hips as she has achy joints. It keeps us from having to medicate her and she appears to both enjoy the sessions and have relief. The belt is well made and works as intended or advertised. I love the expected and unexpected results so far. I would highly recommend.

The Bestqool Redot M Red Light Therapy unit and the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt have both exceeded my expectations. I have been doing red light therapy for about a year now, but have always found it challenging to find the time to do it regularly because of the set up involved and needing to go to the space where my other units are located. These units make it so much easier to use anywhere and when I’m done, I can just roll them up and store them away. Because of the flexibility, I can use them easily while sitting in the couch watching television or listening to music, or even while I’m at the kitchen table eating dinner. Behind the ease of use, they actually work! I mainly use the Redot M unit on my back and I use the Therapy Belt everywhere else. The therapy belt can wrap around problem areas on my legs, arms, and even core section. Each unit has several modes to help you accomplish your goals. I’ve primarily used them for pain relief and reducing inflammation and have very positive results for both. There is a noticeable warmth that is comfortable and in combination with the infrared light’s deep penetration, I get daily relief in the areas I use them. I would strongly recommend the Bestqool Redot M and/or the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchases.

The belt arrived timely, and it’s still in the early days, but so far really enjoying the belt! Feels like good quality, I like the pocket for a power bank (not included, but fortunately already owned one.) I like that I can use it in multiple areas of my body, I’ll even lie down and lay it over my neck in order to benefit my thyroid. Nice and big, my husband can use or I can. I was hoping it might be something I could walk outdoors with, under a sweatshirt once it gets cold enough for sweatshirts, but with the long cord situation, it might be tricky, it loops down to the floor. Not impossible an idea but, will involve a little tucking action for sure! Overall, happy to have an economical option for a red light therapy belt and with a warranty too!

Very happy so far with the product. I had it about a week. Seems we'll made. I accidentally unplug it at times but that is better than pulling the power cord out and doing damage. I assume this is by design. I use it on my hip and it relaxes the muscles. I am very happy with the results so far. Update: 6/8/25 The cord unplugging vs pulling on the unit has saved me a few times. I Sit at my desk but also have a standing desk so I may move some. I have used it and ended up getting up so this has been a very nice safety feature assuming that was the idea behind the design. As for the product itself. It works way better then my heating pad did on my hip and muscle pain. At minimum it is a very very good heating pad. I find that my heating pad can get hot to the touch and the red light pad always is safe to touch. However, over time my hip is hotter with the red light then the heating pad. I will be sweating and the heat seems to radiate off of me after removing the red light pad. I have noticed my muscles are more loose after using the red light pad. I just threw the heating pad in the back of the closet and have not touched it. Long term affects it still may be early to say. I also have a hip surgery scheduled to deal with torn cartilage. I believe the pad will be very helpful. I have used it around my belly as well. I might as well since I have it. Since finding out I need surgery I did take a break from PT and exercise to let my hip relax (about 2 months). However, I have had a couple comments that I seem to be getting slimmer from others. No change in diet and less exercise so that is very interesting. Update 8/15/25 Had an issue where a section of LEDS went out. I use it at least 90 minutes everyday. I reached out to customer support and got Nancy. She was very helpful. She asked me questions on the usage. Then we emailed back. They sent me a replacement right away. I was very happy with the quick support. Very nice and efficient. Really happy with how efficient support was.

Happy with this product -- it has helped with many different issues in our household: improved sleep, reduced joint and muscle pain and even anti aging! Also love that it can be used as a wearable or in the car for back pain.

I suffer from chronic back pain, following herniated disc surgery. This device works very well to alleviate the pain. It also relaxes the back muscles a lot, I am much less stiff. The device has a power cord with an adapter, so you will need a socket nearby. It doesn't work on batteries. I bought a 20.000 mAh powerbank separately (not included), in order to be able to move through my house with the belt on freely. The device comes with a cord which fits into a powerbank. The device also has a 'pocket' in which you can place the powerbank. The material is very pleasant, it feels nice against the skin. I am very pleased with the device, it makes a real difference.

Best product! I use it everyday!

Ich bin Neueinsteiger auf dem Gebiet und habe mir diese Infrarotlichtmatte in Hauptsache für die Stärkung von Immun- systems und die Unterstützung der Mitochondrien gekauft, aber der Rotlichttherapie werden ja noch eine ganz Menge mehr positive Wirkungen nachgesagt. Mein erster Eindruck ist sehr positiv. Ich habe mir die Redot L gekauft, die den ganzen Oberkörper abdeckt und potenziell mit einer zweiten Matte des Typs auf eine Ganzkörpermatte ausgebaut werden kann. Die Lieferung war schnell und der Kundenservice scheint gut zu sein. Ich denke, die Matte hat mir schon bei einem Problem gut geholfen, denn ich hatte plötzlich starke Schmerzen im Oberarm beim Anheben des Armes und die sind nach einigen Behandlungen weitestgehend wieder weg. Also der erste Einruck ist sehr positiv. Der Preis ist auch ok.

L'ho comprato per mia mamma che soffre di mal di schiena. Mi ha detto che sensazione sulla pelle è piacevo, un pò come quella di tenere una coperta termica o una borsa dell'acqua calda strapagata. Ma, oltre a questo, purtroppo, non ha sentito molto giovamento.
