I like a sweet corn based cake, waffle or whatever.Most gluten free baking staples seem almost inedible due taste (I'm newish to gluten free, but boy most things don't compare to what you could buy in any bread isle in America.

This tastes just like sweet corn. Unless you are a cow this should not be on your diet. No matter what diet your on.Health benefits? There are none. Pure carbs.So I have now finished my fourth bag. Have gained **** pounds. And am delightfully happy.

I ordered 6 packages of flour from 3 different brands and they all expire in June and August 2025. Don't they have further expiration dates?
