Easy to Use, Great Value
Works great, wonderful price, and I love that it has an app and can connect to my iPhone! The app is free for the basics, but you can upgrade and pay $7.99/month (or you can pay for the year, but please keep in mind, this is as of FEB 19, 2025). I’m happy with basic.I wish that no matter which hand you have it on, that the reading would flip so that you COULD read it. Other than that, I’ve noticed that it’s accurate, easy to read, comes with batteries (and depending on how you use it, doesn’t eat said batteries the way a 13-y/o teenage boy demolishes the fridge!!).

Easy to use and accurate.
This is a great device to help monitor important vital information and a smart inexpensive investment. Helps to alert you low oxygen levels or heart rates outside the normal range. Perfect for exercising when you want to get your heart rate zone based on your age. Everyone spends money on items that are not important but this device will you alert you dangerous condition and provide data to help prolong your health and increase longevity. For the price of few cups of coffee this with do more to alert you health problems then anything else for the money. This with a blood pressure monitor will help promote your health.

Great Bluetooth (Health Kit Compatible) Pulse Oximeter that Multiple Doctors Endorsed!
I own an Apple Watch Ultra 2, before that dumb company that will be put out of business with litigation for crossing Apple - stupid move on their part. They should not have even considered a lawsuit and offered Apple the technology at a low rate and a small percentage of sales of less than 1%, which would have gotten them a lot of money due to the volume of Apple Watches that sell. Now their future is insolvency, due to making the terrible decision of suing Apple, even if they "won". They lost simply by the fact, that Apple was not required to put in a software update disabling all existing Blood Oxygen models, just disabling the hardware on future models.Personal feelings aside, despite my Apple Watch Ultra 2 that has the Blood Oxygen Reader working, this is a great backup as well as useful for those that don't have Apple Watches with Blood Oxygen sensors, and also helpful for those with Apple Watches featuring the Blood Oxygen Sensor because it reads a consistent BPM/Blood Oxygen reading. I spoke with multiple doctors who stated that even a Pulse Oximeter at this price point is relatively accurate +/- 1%.

Good Pulse Oximeter but Bluetooth is Unreliable.
I have bought 7 of these to date. One did not work at all out of the box. Two had Bluetooth stop working completely after a few weeks. The others have unreliable Bluetooth connections and sometimes you can play around and get it to connect, other times you need to delete and then add back the pulse oximeter for it to work, and then at other times you have trouble adding a "Device," which is the pulse oximeter. When these work, I love them. However, I'm not sure they are ready for prime time.Note: I went back and forth with the seller on a couple of these. They want the normal pictures, tell you to replace batteries, turn it on, turn on Bluetooth, etc. Yeah, I already know all of that and don't need to waste my time or theirs. They did send me two replacements based on my photos, information, and multiple emails.
