Delicious!
I love this style of soy sauce for use as a dressing. I use it to enhance the flavor of already cooked food or to raw dishes. This soy sauce is absolutely delicious, but it seems to get lost when used in cooking, when more strongly-flavored soy sauce works better. And for what it's worth, I can't find this style anywhere (so far) in the quite extensive Asian Market area.

White Soy Sause
It wasn't very expensive great quality bought this cause my brother likes soy sause but wanted to try this as he never had it my brother loved it thinks it's less salty then regular soy sauce and tastes great

Fantastic flavor
On my 2nd bottle... great for dipping sashimi and as stir-fry component. Wonderful flavor... intense flavor, rich umami and brine. Flavor lighter than dark soy, bit more brothy

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very mellow flavor. Not what you really look for in a soy sauce. Unless you have a specific use for this, you're better off getting something double-brewed or extra aged.
