Long lasting- great for fine hair
Wow has quickly become some of my favorite hair products! I have fine, thin hair. This product added subtle, and luscious volume without making my hair dry or crunchy. I like to use this spray with my hot air brush. It works well on first day washed hair, and 2nd day unwashed hair. Great product! Long lasting volume. Best I've tried for my fine hair.

Goodbye Flat Hair
I have long, fine hair so I often struggle with flatness. This spray delivers and gives me quite a lot of lift and volume! It definitively makes my hair look fuller and adds some texture. I mostly spray on my roots and then use my hands to spread the prodcut around before brushing. It works best if you blow dry hair after use, but still is great if you air dry your hair and brush it through once it's dry.

Works incredibly!
This spray works so well! My hair is pretty flat, and this spray always elevates it incredibly. The spray smells amazing, to the extent that I almost feel like I don’t need perfume after using this spray.I am not a fan of how stiff my hair is after using this root booster, but I guess stiffness is to be expected with any root spray. The spray does not affect the color of my hair whatsoever; it sprays on completely clear— just looks like water.I would say that my hair does look slightly dryer/grittier after using the raise the root spray, though. All in all, I would highly recommend this spray. Any negative effects are pretty standard for a root booster spray.

I have fine, straight hair texture.
I have fine, straight hair texture. I think this spray is a good base for if I want to tease my hair or maybe wear it up in a volumized style. Because teasing does create volume. But I'm finding that once my hair is fully styled in a "down-do" and I have minimized the teasing there's not tons of volume left. I'm just not sure it's worth the extra step in my hair routine. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Awful! Dries Out Hair & Strips It of Shine.. Do Not Buy! It’s Non-Returnable
After only a few hours, the product becomes very gritty feeling, and your hair will feel dry and porous to the touch. If you read the ingredients, the first one is denatured alcohol. The rest are other chemicals like polymers. The next morning after using it, my hair felt gummy at the roots where the product had been applied, and it looked dry and dull. My scalp also felt itchy. I didn’t want to risk any further damage or breakage, so I immediately tried to shampoo it out. When I got my hair wet in the shower, it felt weird to the touch, like it had something bonded to it. The first shampoo didn’t remove the buildup or icky coated feeling. I shampooed a second time, something I never do, and it started to feel slightly better, but I could still feel something wasn’t right with my hair. Usually after shampooing, it feels clean and smooth. I didn’t want to do a third shampoo, so I used my regular conditioner and hoped for the best .After blowdrying my hair, it still looked dull and had none of its regular shine or softness which is not at all how my hair usually looks and feels after washing it. The gritty, gummy, feeling at the roots was gone and so was the itching, but my hair still doesn’t feel like it did before I used this product. It definitely damaged my hair. I wish I had checked out the ingredients more thoroughly before buying it.I noted that most of the reviewers who posted a photo or video did so immediately after styling, following their first use of the product, which is when it looks and feels its best. After only a few hours of being in your hair, that’s when the damaging effects will start to appear. This product is getting super over-hyped on social media by influencers. please don’t make the same mistake I did and fall for it .If you need lift at the roots, just use a good quality hairspray and styling products. I reached out to ColorWow with my concerns, and they offered to exchange this product for a different one if I return it. However, after reviewing the list of similar sounding ingredients in their other formulations, I’m going to take the financial hit and the lesson to be more careful in the future. I spent $25 on some thing that is genuinely terrible and should be pulled from the market.

It is just okay.
I never received my product from ordering here and had to get it some place else. I did, however, want to write a product review based on my experience anyway. It feels like a texturing product. I definitely did not get the dramatic experiences people are showing online and maybe it's because I used it sparingly for a couple of factors. I read reviews that it can be very stiff and has a very strong fragrance which I can't tolerate with anything.I applied it to the roots of each section of damp hair and then combed it in before applying the heat of the blow dryer. Without the product, I can get lift but that lift drops within 10 minutes especially in southern humidity. I typically can't have product in my hair since it is so fine and anything makes it heavy. This product was light, based on my usage, and I did not experience stiffness. It did not feel like hairspray. However, I did not use a ton on my roots and I can feel that if I used anymore product than I did then it would probably be too heavy and wouldn't work. I did experience a little more lift than I normally would after a blow dry and it did drop a bit 10 minutes in. So, my experience is that it works to an extent. A few reviews indicated that the fragrance was so strong that it gave them a migraine. I used this on a day where I had a migraine with the assumption that, if it got worse, I would wash it out promptly. It did not make my migraine worse. I do REALLY wish they made a fragrance free version of this. There is really no need to add fragrance to things unless you are hiding something in the ingredients.By midday, the product stopped working and my hair went back to how it always is.
