Easy to set up and made for a great gift. My mom loves being able to add her favorite photos to this thing. Paper photos are outdated, get one that changes as you see fit.Uses an app called Frameo which lets you add photos easily, and multiple people can be added to the frame to add family photos and videos.

A family member has a WiFi photoframe and I decided that I'd like to have one too, but perhaps not as an expensive one. I purchased this based on the reviews and price and am definitely not disappointed. Setup is a breeze, just follow the directions on the screen (and there's a quick guide and more detailed instruction guide included). Once it was up and running, I began sending photos to it using the "Biu Frame" app on my smartphone, as well as sending them from my desktop to the unique email address which is created during setup.There are lot of great features to this photoframe including the ability to add fade effects, upload short video clips with sound playback, automated time and weather, and sleep functions (the unit goes black when there's no movement in front of it, and wakes up when there is, as well as a nighttime dim down feature.For those of you who are on the fence (as I was), I had hundreds of digital photos in various locations that I just wasn't seeing (a hassle to navigate to and view, and photo albums are a thing of the past). I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have these photos displayed for myself and friends and family.Believe me, you will not regret this purchase!

Terrible customer service and terrible product! Had this for about 1.5 years now. I've only added photos to it once - right when I first opened the item. It just cycled photos for the last 1.5 years until a couple days ago, I wanted to add photos and it wouldnt let me. It locked up to the 'Skyzoo' screen and won't do anything now. Ive tried to reset it numerous times, power on/off, and reach out to customer service. Nothing has worked. Can't even get a response from SkyZoo team. Trash

Lovely photos. I bought one for myself and then later bought 2 more as gifts, that's how much I loved this item. I enjoyed being able to take photos on my phone and immediately send it to my frame (or to my mom's frame) to share from anywhere in the world. I remove 1 star because my frame broke after 2 years. It still displays previously uploaded photos, but it no longer turns on and off at the appropriate times and no longer finds the Wi-Fi connection, so I can't add new photos or update the software. (My husband is in tech, so user-error is not the issue). The 2 frames gifted to others still work fine almost 2 years later. Hopefully they both have a longer-lasting product.

We got this as a gift for Grandpa and Grandma and they love how it works and seeing new pictures of the kids all the time. The app makes it very easy to upload new photos. We would definitely recommend this.
