It was just as described delivered on time seems to be good quality.

Great volume but really need subs to make the sound more rich
Install was a bit tricky finding the right wires to connect up, but its a dramatic upgrade from stock. I couldn't hear the stock stereo with a full face helmet, but with this setup I can hear it loud and clear. To get some richness out of it, it will require a sub though.

Definitely louder than stock Boom! System
Wired myself, Harley programmed their flash out. Only issue I had was a lot of extra parts were sent. Had to watch videos online to install. But the stereo is louder at highway speeds. The high’s are insane. Almost to loud. Wish it had a little more mid’s to it. But still playing w the settings. The new 800watt amp has a screen over the amp settings with a decal that says it’s been set up already for your bike. DOUBLE CHECK THIS !!! I trusted the decal and after Harley programmed only bass was coming out of the rear speakers, no highs. Had to take the hole front end apart again to get to amp and set switches to correct settings.

Amp fried on the way to Sturgis...
So, I brought it to the Rockford Fosgate Tent at Sturgis...they charged me $125.00 to diagnosis the issue, then when it was their equipment that failed and they did warranty it and two speakers...they kept the 125.00. The next day I go back because I realize my rear speakers are not working...they either could not figure it out or did not care...if I went by attitudes...they did not care. Rockford Fosgate, as a company, appears to be a huge liability to their products. If the customer service is not there...the product is not worth the cost. I now regret buying this system and I should have just pieced one together...I was enticed by the "Plug and Play" and the fact that in 2-3 hours I could have tunes...never again...still need to write the company itself...

Great Syatem
Great system but instructions need improved. If you only get sound out of 2 speakers disable the preset it will resolve the issue.
