They say you need to give the product 3 months in order to feel the results. I'm on month 2 and I don't feel anything yet.Also, it doesn't dissolve well and I'm not a big fan of the taste. I ordered the chocolate flavor for month 2.

I like the product a lot. Nice berry taste. My left knee is bad especially when it rains or if I’m in the colder elements of the north country. It definitely helps with pain relief, it seems to lubricant. Taste is good, smell is good. I will continue to use.

I really Recomend the joint gel.
