Cheap lock and very poor service after sales.
Please do not buys Golens...Its a 3rd class lock, Golens People sitting in Bikaner do not care about there customer. I purchase golens lock which was faulty, came to know only after installation. Golens Support teams is nonsense. They are not ready to replace the lock. Instead have courier lock motor which I haven't received it even after 14 days.Very poor service. People please avoid buying such cheap locks, which have 3rd class service after sales.Would have rated negative if possible.

Disappointed with Customer Support-Remote unlock not working
Disappointed with purchase as one of feature - remote unlock is not working. Not getting request to remote unlock and it just sends notification as somebody is at the door. So one of key function I was looking at is not working.When contacted several times to Customer Support Team they only provide Demo videos that’s too not recorded specific to model and functions. On repeated issue reporting only solution is to reset the lock and diagnosis they do as might be poor network. This is frustrating as have to add users again and again.When asked Golens to visit and check the issue they ask for 500/- visit fees for newly purchased lock. This is nowhere mentioned that Customer will be charged visit fees to come and check the issue for the lock that is under warranty.

Don’t buy GOLENS products, Worst product worst service, All Golens products are very poor in quality and service-is also very poor. No one in the company is taking responsiblity for service. No give response to your call after deliver the products. So be careful. My rating to Golens is zero. Completly useless product.
