Q: I cannot see what else is in there? What are the fillers? What is the capsule made from?

From the research I’ve done there is nothing but herbs in it All I know is it works and I reversed my Type 2 diabetes nearly a year ago using no Doctors medication all I added was Cinnamon and my number have stayed low ever since

I only started this week. Have noticed my appetite has decreased but have not noticed weight loss yet. But I remember reading that it takes four weeks to notice anything. So hopefully it does work with weight loss 🤞

Q: Has anyone taken these and side effects have improved over time?

I had to stop taking these as the side effects just were not worth it. I was still suffering 3 weeks after stopping them. These are not harmless natural supplements.

The only ingredient listed is berberine. It's strange to be honest that there is nothing else listed.

Decent quality

I would like to change my previous review I took these tablets and they tasted incredibly bitter 🤮 however in all honesty they did the job extremely well and brought my blood sugars down from 6.5 to 5.0 in just 15mins as a result I have lost 5lbs in just 3 days. I would consider purchasing again but I would have preferred a brand regulated in the UK

Not Pleasant Taste

This supplement may be a good Bernadine supplement, however the unpleasant taste from the capsules is unacceptable. I have to rinse the capsules before taking them.I will not be repeating this order.
