Round looms with the same gauge as the KB sock 2 and All in One.looms. Great product!
I really like using the KB Premium round looms. They're well made of sturdy plastic and the set includes 3 looms: 64 peg purple loom, 72 peg white loom, and 80 peg large loom, a knit hook, and a pamphlet which illustrates basic stitches and includes patterns for a few projects. The instruction pamphlet is very basic, but the KB website offers lots of instruction videos and even provides patterns for several projects. The pegs are spaced at 3/8' apart which is good for worsted weight and, maybe, sport weight yarns. I've made 2 hats using the orange and white looms and worsted weight yarn. STITCHES MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE!! I used true knit and purl stitches with the large orange loom and the hat produced was a medium size -- stitches were tighter and fit my head very snugly...flat stitches and u stitches would have made the hat too snug to fit an adult head. I used e wrap stitches on the white medium loom and the hat produced a comfortable medium to large adult hat. So...it IS possible to make more than small, medium and large hats. As with any round knitting looms flat panels and scarves can be made as well as rund projects.KB has stamped their logo on the bottom of each loom as well as the number of pegs on the particular loom...I use the markings on the bottom to indicate the tarting peg. There is not a side, anchor peg on these looms, but you can either place a stitch marker on peg #1 or mark the loom somehow.Pegs are closer together which means it takes longer to finish projects...I prefer a lighter gauge for most projects so the extra time needed isn't a problem.I would definitely recommend this product as an addition to your knitting loom stash.

Smooth pegs, a big plus
With the purchase of this loom set I now enjoy two different gauge size sets. Important when knitting a tighter stitch. The pegs are well made and smooth to the fingers. I had tried and returned a set due to rough tip pegs as they tent to hurt the fingers,I recommend this product and will look into more products from KB,

If you're used to wider-gauge looms/thicker yarn, prepare to go slow and take more time with these
Good looms, very well made. Smooth pegs, with a groove for the loom hook when taking off loops of yarn.Knob at the end of each peg to help keep the stitches on correctly and formed consistently, while winding the loom and putting on/taking off loops of yarn as you form stitches. If you are used to wider gauge looms, go slower with these. The work tightens up considerably as you wind and work the loom, because of the smaller pegs and smaller distance between each peg. You will be using thinner yarns with these looms, which creates finer stitches, but can make it harder to pull and hook the loops on and off each peg if your hands are larger or if you are used to working with thicker/chunkier yarns. The stitches form beautifully because the pegs are very smooth and consistently spaced apart. Nice, well made looms and for the set, not a bad price. There are many patterns out there for long and flat, square or triangular-shaped pieces of knitting on these round looms, and for tubular pieces such as double knit scarves and leg warmers, etc. You can learn a lot of different stitches pretty quickly, and the smaller, beginner pieces you start out with can help you make much more complicated and challenging things, later on.These looms are great for making double knit hats for the homeless, or children's charities, fast. You dnt need to know how to knit or crochet to use these, but there will be a learning curve for handling the loom, hook and yarn all at the same times. Once you've got it your hands won't forget it, and that can translate to working with a crochet hook, or knitting needles.Enjoy!

I love these looms. I’ve done some hats with them and they’re nice and thick for winter.

Quality build. Good job Authentic Knitting Board
Finally a hat loom I can use with a small gauge for single yarn knits with worsted weight yarn. the largest orange loom is big enough for my fat head. I've only had it 4 days and already made my first quick e-wrap hat and the smaller gauge knit looks great. Pegs have a nice feel and are smooth, the yarn doesn't catch on them unlike my previous wood peg hat loom. There is no guide peg on the loom so either use a stitch marker on your starter peg or just use a small piece of masking or gaffers tape to mark your start. You'll need to use a slip knot casting onto the first peg to get started. None of the pegs shifted as I worked on my first project. Solidly set in the round.
