Excellent!
Serum B12 dramatically boosted and B12 deficiency neuropathy and burning mouth symptoms eased after taking 1x a day for 2 weeks. This is the ONLY form of cobalamin I can tolerate. Tastes good, dissolves quickly, but not too quickly, which is good for maximum absorption. Great stuff.

Great product, good value
Took the whole bottle, great stuff. Much more gentle than methyl and adeno b12 forms I’ve taken. Hydroxo/hydroxy b12 also has the added benefit of being able to convert to adeno or methyl form depending on your bodies needs. One additional benefit I personally noticed, taking hydroxo b12 daily does not deplete/unbalance my other B vitamins (b1, b2, b3, b5, b6, b9) as quickly as daily methyl b12.

Great form of B12 and even better pricing.
Great product. On my second order and the quality is consistent. I'll keep coming back until it isn't! Hopefully that's never. Price is good, too. Love the form of B12 it comes in, I'm MTHFR sensitive, and this works for me great. Sleep has improved too!

HydroxoC most recommended form B12 lacks the cyanide molecule
Reviewing many medical professional reviews persuaded me to order this variation of B-12, something about this product lacks cyanide which seems like leaving cyanide out in any product is a good idea ?

A form of B12 my body can use
Some recent genetic testing results revealed that I am sensitive to the form of B12 I’ve been taking for years and this form was recommended. I was so happy to find it on Amazon and to know I’m finally getting what my body needs. The lozenges are pleasant tasting and dissolve pretty quickly. I recently also learned that taking B12 with vitamin C can reduce the amount of B12 available in your body, so it was recommended to take this two hours apart from Vitamin C supplements. I’ve been taking it after lunch and that has worked well. I would also recommend not taking this too late in the day. The one time I did, I had unusual (for me) insomnia and that’s the only thing I could connect it to. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and am grateful to be able to get it on Amazon.

B12 for COMT
B-12 for COMT break. A little on the sweet side for me but I'm glad I found them. Supposed to let them dissolve in your mouth.

Great non methylated b12
Amazing source of b12 for people that get whacked out by methyl versions. So hard to get any vitamin that contains non methylated versions. Methylated is all the rage these days.

Good option for those with MTHFR genetic defect
If you've used 23andme, you won't find direct discussion of the MTHFR gene defect. You'd need to run your data through Genetic Genie. The MTHFR defect is not uncommon, and it's not a strict binary "good/horrible" sort of thing - depends on many variables. But the core issue is impairments to Methylation, which is involved in many core biological functions. In my case, it seems to be an impairment in the sense that methyl-based supplements cause 'depressive' mood changes rather than 'brightening' my mood (all pretty minimal, but noticeable). What does all this gobbledygook mean? If I take MethylCobalamin, it doesn't bring my mood up, it takes it down (again, not dramatically). However, HydroxoCobalamin doesn't have this effect. It works just fine, except for the tendency of all B12's to cause some acne in the days after using it. Other than that, it works great. Highly recommended!
