The custom frame arrived in a timely manner and was customized accurately; however, the back of the frame and the stand is extremely flimsy. The stand is wobbly and does not support the weight of the frame, so the frame falls over. I have tried to contact the seller through the Amazon portal, but since it is a custom item, there are no exchanges. I don’t want an exchange, I just want a new back part that can support the weight of the frame.

I received my custom frame today and I couldn't be more pleased! This is the first time I've reviewed an item immediately upon delivery. The etching/engraving into the wood is so well done. I chose the Handwriting font and it was perfect! The frame itself seems to be of high quality and seems really sturdy. It has a stand and wall-hanging hardware.The order arrived four days before the first day of the estimated delivery range that I was originally given.

After reading some of the more recent reviews, I was hesitant to order this. But I was incredibly happy with my purchase. We purchased this to commemorate my daughters baptism I would highly recommend this company and product.
