Why did you choose this product over others?: I am over the moon with this journal. It's real leather (you can smell it's real) and is lovely and soft to the touch. The pen that comes with it is fine-nibbed, which I prefer and there's a handy insert on the inside of the cover to place small reminders, or a book-mark, etc. I use this journal for writing down Biblical scripts, prayers, etc. I absolutely love it.

I wanted a traditional style journal and when I saw this it was 'the one'. It came beautifully packaged and when opened the journal itself is beautifully embossed causing the words to appear lighter leather than the rest of the journal. Inside the cover there is a compartment for business cards or a bankcard if that's your thing. The paper inside is of good quality and there is a silver pen supplied with this. For someone whose writing looks like a dramatic spider acting out a Shakespearian play when on their deathbed, the pen is smooth and nicely complements the paper creating a smooth flow and something that resembles lledgible writing for me. However it is the cover itself that draws me back every time. It is simply lovely and the feint smell of real leather I find makes it all the more enchanting. It isn't the cheaoest of journals/notebooks, but it is definitely one you will love and have no regrets for purchasing it.

This product doesn't look perfect but it's not meant to, it's meant to look beautiful and it absolutely is! Made from 'leftovers' or 'offcuts' from other products, it came with markings that were part of leather grain rather than faults in the product and they give it a uniqueness that I love. The leather will, over time, absorb my skin oils and hopefully become even more beautiful, if that's possible. The craftsmanship is faultless, the notebook inside is good enough for the ballpoint pen, fineliners and glitter gel pens I use and the pen it comes with writes smoothly. I would definitely recommend this for personal use or as a gift and I'm already considering buying another one with a different quote on the front.

Beautiful item, worth the money, only downside was there was a little damage to the paper edge near where the fastener is, but no big deal.

I love using this notebook for my bible studying. The cover is beautiful and made of great quality material. It has that perfect book smell nailed (if you know, you know). It’s the usual size and fits perfectly in my bible bag. I love writing in it as the paper absorbs the ink without bleed or resistance. Great value notebook. Only downside is sometimes it’s difficult to open and close as the cover can get caught.

I dont usually write a review but this little journal is just beautiful. Presented in a gift box with a little card of thanks. This book will be treasured and once full, I will be back for more

I love this leather journal! It is so nice and I love that it has a holder for a pen. I love the saying on the front of it. I bring it with me to church and I couldn't recommend it more. It makes a great gift.

It is such a lovely product! What a beauty. Only problem: it is so gorgeous, that I don'ts want to start writing in it...
