Gremlin-Taming
I had the precursor to this book. I used it in working through some "issues" while undergoing therapy with a LCSW. I bought the Advanced Course to continue working and resolving some attitude and behavior glitches. Great, practical insights and a fun, easy read. No ponderous psychological plodding. I also bought the cassette tapes for the first book(used, no longer available...I found it on ebay)so I can listen in the truck. These books should be on CD, because it's good to listen to it repeatedly. It's not a one-time "fix-me-now" deal. It's a workbook for those who want to know more about changing some things that seem to resist repair.

Eye-Opening Book that Frees You From Your Limiting Inner Voice
As a dating coach for women, I LOVE this book which helped me and now my clients understand that the voice in your head which is unkind and unsupportive is NOT your authentic voice. You'll learn how to quiet your inner chatter and free yourself from the constraints that hold you back from the life you want to live.

Excellent book on how to manage with all that tells you in your head - it is not going to work, your are good to nothing,..
Very good book providing strategies to handle the little voice in our head sabotaging what we do and making us think we are worse than we really are. The author makes the Gremlin visible which is the first step to get rid of it.The strategies are simple and yet not so easy to implement. The language of the book is quite strange and even though I read a lot of books in English (not being native speaker) I found the book difficult to digest because of the vocabulary used.

Life Changing
That voice in your head (no, not an actual voice) that is the self talk that makes you feel bad. We all have it. Rick is an expert at getting you to see what you are doing to yourself that is preventing you from enjoying life. I've recommended this book to many friends and all have found it to be life changing. This book takes complex concepts of cognitive and behavioral psychology and makes them accessible to the average person. You won't be disappointed!

Get in touch with your abusing mind
This is a book that must be read slowly. Read a few pages and then reflect. If you do, you will actually get in touch with your inner Gremlin and it will change your life.

Understanding my Inner Voices
I would recommend this to anyone interested in understanding their inner voices that hold them back from change and great things in their life. The format makes it easy to understand what can be quite confusing internal dialog, and the humer keeps it light and moving. I have really benefitted from it personally, and also I have benefitted from is professionally as a Life Coach for my clients.

Haven't read it yet, but Taming Your Gremlin, ...
Haven't read it yet, but Taming Your Gremlin, the book that precedes this one, was a classic in my private therapy practice. Book arrived in very good condition. I'm happy with my purchase.
