This has provided some needed relief of back pain. I would recommend this product.

Got this for my mom who wanted a more gentle foam roller, she loves it. It's more gentle than a traditional roller but still firm enough to work effectively.

I thought this would be a bit longer but it’s standard size I’m assuming as I’ve just started using foam rollers. Pretty color and form enough to get into those trigger points that I need to massage.

Sometimes, I don't want as much pressure as a regular foam roller gives. Certain areas are a bit more sensitive for me... i.e., quads, it band, lats... so I want to roll it, but maybe a bit more comfortably. My only gripe with this, & honestly maybe it did come in a longer size, but I can't see that while I'm writing this review so oh well, but I wish it came in a longer size & if it did, I should've bought the longer size 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't feel the pressure point allure. I bought the 17" or 18" and I'm a small-medium person, and it's too narrow. If you have back problems, don't try and use this on tile because the foam roller slips out from under you. I almost hit the back of my head! If you like the abuse of a deep tissue massage, don't buy the soft foam roller. By a firm and dense one. OPTP is another brand I bought, 36" one, and I recommend much more. There are also other exercises you can do on the longer one. I'm be keeping this at my summer home, so I don't have to drag my other, larger one back and forth. For first timers, this softer one is good, but I still recommend getting the longest one you can afford to buy.

I bought this b/c I wanted a smaller sized roller and was interested in the ridges. I debated between this one and the regular one they have, but others had mentioned the regular one splitting in half and also this one was 18" vs 12". I like the length, but this one is very soft, too soft. I'm ~125 lbs so not sure if weight makes a difference.

This foam roller is exactly what I was looking for. The size is perfect for rolling larger areas like your back and legs, and the foam is firm enough maintain its shape even when you lay on it.
