Piece of cool looking junk thats it . This particular one worked less amount of time than the other piece of similar looking crap i got with it to compare , maybe worked 2 weeks cleaned it and didnt even work after . Just clean yas house the old school way , like most things of today this only looks cool on the outside but internally its junk .

Purchased one in March, April, July 2024. One quit working, ordered new one. While waiting, the other two quit. Yes they were cleaned. So now I have three useless machines. Will not be placing any more orders if these are only good for less than a year.Edit: after my review company reached out and replaced two machines with one oil.

Ordered my diffuser in may, worked wonderfully and made a medium size room smell good ! It did stop working around October , although I cleaned the diffuser but I contacted customer support and they assisted me with a new diffuser ! Super helpful , will repurchase again

I was contacted by customer service and they worked with me and sent out a new device. I appreciate their prompt attention and in rectifying the situation quickly. Keeping my fingers crossed that this new one lasts longer.
