I just love these! I don't have to flip the switch on every room I walk into at night. Put strategically in my house they come on automatically and go off with no motion. I've saved lots on my electric bill. If there's a power outage, no worries there's still light in the dark. They're rechargeable and that is very appealing to me too. No more buying batteries. They come on when the door opens and turn off fairly quickly when the door closes, perfect! If there is any ambient light, they do not come on, that threw me at first. I've bought 14 so far and have not had to charge them yet after a couple months, so I don't know how often they will need to be charged, but so far not too often.

I have several of these handy lights and would have given them 5 stars except for getting scared out of my wits when the one in the bathroom went on without any motion to trigger it. I thought someone was in the house, an intruder! No, it just went off by itself while I was reading in bed. Chalking it up to a wonky sensor and wonder if the waning battery charge might have caused it.

The closet in my home office does not have a light source. I was looking for an easy/inexpensive way to provide a little light and these are working out pretty well. These come with a round magnet that has adhesive for you to attach wherever you want. The ceiling in my closet was too high and I wanted to use the lights under the shelf, but wasn't sure how to attach to the wire shelving, since it doesn't provide a flat surface. For those of you who have the same issue, I simply clipped two clothes pins side by side and attached the magnet to there. I like that they are rechargeable and the charge seems to last a good bit. I've got it set on auto, so they come on when I open the closet door and shut off when I close it. They do time out if they don't sense any motion. UPDATE: These have worked well for me and I purchased two more sets for other closets!

I've bought plenty of motion-sensing lights over the years, and these are by far the best quality. The battery life is exceptional—lasting far longer than any others I’ve tried. No batteries needed. They are placed around my garage which can be dark even during the day. They light the way as I near them and turn off shortly after I pass them.

These work ok. They are NOT repositionable; they will rip the paint off your walls. They're also a lot dimmer than I was hoping. However, if they have not transformed my weird unlighted closet into a pleasant and well-lighted experience, it is at least now a place where it is possible to see what the clothes are and whether the damp-rid spilled all over the floor. Which is good, because again: not repositionable.
