While you were quick to mention that the product is “out of warranty,” no additional support or solutions were offered. I purchased the SSPHPPLIE Foldable Treadmill with 300 LBS Capacity, 3.0 HP motor, and preset programs for home use in small spaces. The treadmill is just two years old and already presents serious issues: The belt constantly slides and remains unaligned, even after following all your provided troubleshooting instructions. It also makes a loud, clanking noise during operation, which raises safety concerns and renders it practically unusable. A machine of this size and advertised quality should not be in such poor condition with only moderate home use. Unfortunately, your response—or lack thereof—suggests a lack of pride in your product and a disregard for customer satisfaction. Reduce your frustration and by something else.
