7 days later and screen is stuck
I can’t believe I just got this 7 days ago and the screen is stuck being unable to access my wallet and not able to reset it or anything. It’s really scary.It got stuck saying Enter PIN 3 attempts left.I watch all the videos on YouTube that I can imagen and nothing helped me

Faulty Battery
The device would not work unless it’s connected to the charger. Seems like the device came with a faulty battery because no matter how long I charge it, it wouldn’t switch on without a connection to a power source. Completely defeats the purpose of a Nano X that’s meant to work on the move!I returned the item

bought in 2017...after 7 years screen dead crypto can be transferred disaster had wait all those years and results lost access ..will try t change myself the screen but risky ..don't purchase this product,. Your crypto are saver in good platform !!!!!

Had this thing for about a little over a month setup was easy and I’ve loaded it with crypto and so far so good. This is my second wallet I got one years ago wasn’t really all into it but this one isn’t to bad I would say this is a pretty secure good wallet especially for a first one. Do your research on what works best for you as always!

User friendly and safe!
The ledger is a really nice cold storage wallet, it makes transactions safer by confirming multiple ways and also explains how to restore things if it broke or something. I have used it for a while now and have had no issues! The bitcoin that my personal bitcoin miners make gets sent to it perfectly safe too!I do recommend that they include some sort of storage box or bag for it, since it does not come with anything, but its not enough of a concern to loose a star. Thank you!

Difficult to use.
It's difficult to set up keeps asking for the password over and over.. is it connected? Doesn't seem like it. Repetitive issue.
