HoldRite 3/4 inch Acoustic Standard Clamp, 5 Pack, Pipe Support, PEX, Copper, CPVC, 267Z5

I recently purchased the HoldRite 1/2 inch Acoustic Standard Clamp (5 Pack) for my home plumbing project, and I’m very impressed! These clamps provide excellent support for PEX, copper, and CPVC pipes, holding them firmly in place without any annoying rattling or noise. The copper pipes in our house were fastened directly to the studs with metal hangers, and would rattle loudly when someone turned on the hot water. Installed these and now they are silent. The hangers are very well made and easy to install.

The best pex holders I ever used period. PRO’S- Causes zero damage to the pex, (many of the plastic Pex clip and nail style clamps bite down too hard and scuff the pipe.) Makes especially pex A expansion lines look high end Keeps the pex runs clean, quiet, and straight. Cons- a bit more expensive and it can add up when using a lot vs the box store clamps. If you want the best and actually care about how your pipes look and sound. The price really is not an issue.

My pipes were banging around all crazy like with expansion and contraction. Added 10 or so of these, and, silence. What a great product. Easy install. Does what it is supposed to do. Simple. Win for me!

I used these to secure the feed lines to my washing machine. Applied one each above and below the water hammer arrestors. They do seem to work, although the "bright color" may not be what some users would want. Mine are for 1/2 inch copper and they do grip the pipe well. They can "twist" a bit if you over tighten the screws when installing. Just go slow when fastening and you should be OK. Would I buy and install them again? Yes.

These are exactly as expected, they stopped all of the popping/clicking that was occurring when the PEX pipe my contractor installed with plastic clamps.

Hold up to the180° water just fine.
