Strong, Reliable, and good value for money!
These rubber puck adapters fit on my Harbor Freight Daytona 3-ton jacks with a little more effort than expected (minute or so) but still worked. Solid price and as always, quick shipping for some quick maintenance work. Adapter was safe and string, had zero problems holding my 2021 Mk5 BMW Supra.

Exactly what you need to put your F30 bmw on jack stands
So the pictures don’t make it obvious but the part that fits over the jackstands is curved to fit the jack stands well. I have some 6 ton jack stands and some 2 ton jack stands and these fit both fine. The part that goes into the jack point on the car fits good as well.My only concern is longevity as these are just rubber pads that compress every time they are used but for the time being they work great and they are exactly what I needed.

Needed between the vehicle jack pads and regular jack stands for secure support
Only giving 4 stars because I haven't used them yet. However, I did test fit. on my jack stands and the jack pads on my BMW and everything looks like a prefect fit. You need these to keep from damaging the vehicle jack pads if you have a BMW.

Working great
These are working out well. Obviously there is high strain on them as the car lowers onto them at a somewwhat imperfect angle, creating twisting and pressure on the rubber itself. But is has held up so far. My tip is align the stand as well as possible, then (car in air) raise the rubber pads into the BMW recepticles hoping they will stay in the pocket via tight fit, then reposition stand, then lower car onto them. That way the rubber is least stressed on lowering.

Benefits from some modifications for maximum safety and stability.
First thing I modified is the hard plastic adapter that attaches to the car. The rubber urmecch rectangular pad is about a mm too short to fit into the adapter that attached to the car. With it like that, the whole top face of the rectangle is no touching the inside of the adapter, and only the outer edges is pressing on the urmecch. This leads to deformation and instability. My fix was to sand down the adapter with an orbital sander to where the urmecch was literally just a few thousandths of an inch raised from the base and then when load is applied, there will be full contact with the top face of the urmecch AND the rim will also be engaged.Second mod, the typical jack stand post has the two "safety" ledges on either side of the top of the post. It looks like two round humps. This prevents the underside from fully engaging, with full contact on the underside of the urmecch. Which again, leads to instability and deformation. I used a grinder and a dremel to carve out two notches to match the shape of the jack stand post. This allows for full, and even contact and even takes advantage of the "safety" ledges, instead of it being a huge hindrance. Hopefully, urmecch can redesign their product because the "safety" ledges are standard on all jack stand posts. They did a good job matching the main arch of the post and the hump and width of the underside of the urmecch is excellent.Another solution would have been to grind the "safety" ledges off, flat, but I didn't want to lose the safety feature. With these modifications, which are a bit involved, and some skill and precision is needed, but the result has been fantastic. I have full contact from the post to the car, with no deformation and trustworthy stability
