Lack of clear instructions meant that I had to work it out for myself but when I did it worked well.Essentially this is a little TENS machine for the palm of your hand. It doesn’t vibrate - it tingles!To find the right spot I turned it up to max and laid it across my thumb muscle (boy- did that thumb dance!) - button to skin and then slid it down into my palm and closed my fingers around it. The tingle was a little too much so I turned it down a couple of clicks so that it was a gentle buzz.I fell asleep quickly. I awoke several times as I often do- but just turned it back on and drifted back off almost immediately! A huge improvement on my usual hours of insomnia.personally I think this is a great item and I’love u loads be recommending it to family and friends.

Bought earlier this year and I have used it maybe once a week if that, but today it won't turn on.. I have charged it with multiple cables but it still won't turn on. Waste of money.

I was so cautious and reluctant about this when I ordered because I only ever saw bad reviews despite seeing it advertised all over social media. However it may just be coinsidence but since using this every night I haven't had any issues falling asleep, usually I struggle to get to sleep and always have done from being a child but with this device I usually fall asleep before it even turns off. I wasn't sure I'd like it upon opening it as the little shocks are surprisingly noticeable even on the lowest setting but I found I've gotten less sensitive after the first few days. I'm yet to try it during the day as I suffer with very bad anxiety and autism meltdowns. The battery lasts about a week with once daily use before it needs charging so definitely not as long battery life as it claims. Would be better if it had some kind of indication to let you know battery is low as not very helpful going to use it at night and hardly feeling it as the battery needs charging. So far overall it's been a great investment!

I really thought this was a gimic but it's a strange and yet wonderful device.I have acute anxiety depression and sleep problems after the first evening using it I slept 11hours uninterrupted. Anxiety and depression may take longer to control but the sleep helps enormously. I heartily recommend you try it

I am familiar with TENS devices, so this wasn't a surprise. It does nothing, just buzzes your hand. Do not over-mystify the workings of it. The only way this can help you to sleep is to distract your attention while it tinkles in your hand. It might work for some or it might not...

Item was great for the first few weeks, it’s been 2 months since I purchased and it doesn’t work anymore, it switches on but cannot feel the pulse

I cannot recommend this highly enough! I've been suffering with Insomnia for 6 months and mai ly having trouble getting to sleep. I put this on the second setting (which is slightly more powerful) and in my left hand. It then send mild shocks into the hand on and off in a pattern for about 15/20 mins. Then once it's finished I took it off and within half an hour I've been fast asleep. Absolutely amazing. You think its not working then all of a sudden you're asleep! Give it a few days to get your body use to it.

Got it fast for my daughter for her exams,shame it didnt work,just lights up when charging. no instructions on charging and no warranty which it states in the little book that comes with it.
