Yes, they are one size fits all. They are on the small side so you don't get complete coverage from the base of the heel to the end of the toes. But they still work well and they last long.

None on mine, I have used ones up to 3 years after Having BOUGHT them. How long at factory, warehouse, or store, guess?

I don't know but I can tell you I had some in storage for 4 years & when my husband used them last winter they work just fine. he had warm feet for 8+ hours
