Perfect solution to collar issues.
I bought 2 to use as collar tamers. I have a vest with a zip up collar that would bother me while working. These mags allow me to keep the collar out of my face and neck area and allow me to manage it without damaging the vest or collar. Plus they look stylish.

Better than pins or clips, but . . .
Thus far, this product works great. Much better than pins or even clips. However, I would like to see it in more shapes. Especially holiday shapes. Also, the price seems a bit high for a magnet. How about a shamrock for St. Patrick’s Day? A heart for Valentine’s Day? A Christmas Tree, snow man or Santa?

The Tie mag which we just received looks like it is going to solve the problem
We have constantly had problems with tie tacks that have to pierce the tie parts and then anchor the tie. The Tie mag which we just received looks like it is going to solve the problem. The magnet is very strong. The tie stays put. I'm glad someone has recognized the problem for senior citizens who have trouble manipulating the standard tie tacks, and end up dropping the back part on the floor or not getting the pin into the holder.

Seemed like a good idea. It isn’t.
This is basically just two magnets, one of which is also decorative. It works by sandwiching the two ends of the tie together between them.Unfortunately, that means it also sticks to any other metallic object that gets close enough, like seat belts, ID badge lanyards, etc.Mine lasted about 8 hours when I discovered the decorative half to be attached to my ID lanyard, and the backing plain magnet to have been pulled away far enough that it simply fell off, and I didn’t notice.Great idea on paper, terrible in practice. For the $35 dollars they charge for this they could at least include a couple replacement magnets and still have a ludicrous profit on each one, but they don’t.

Did not last one hour
“Super magnet” did not hold for even an hour before tack fell off and was lost. Do not spend over $30 on this. Get a bunch of regular pins for much less money.

Snazy, doesn't damage the tie, and does its job
I like tie clips, but the wide ranging of age of my ties means I have a variety of widths that makes grabbing the right tie clip when everything is still dark difficult. This tie magnet serves the purpose of the clip and the tie's width doesn't matter. It looks great - I just wish they weren't $30 a pop.

Professional
No more looking down to see if your tie is straight. No more adjusting a clip that won’t stay straight.
