I love this product. It taste amazing and doesn't have much sugar in it like some of the other name brands. The texture is consistent of any yogurt. We will continue to buy this.

How can you get enough protein? Red meat, eggs, whey, and this Greek yogurt. Texture a bit thick so I'll splash in a bit of whole milk, but flavor is good and macros are great.

Dislike the gritty aftertaste , love the protein content

I gave this one star because you have to give something. The ice had melted and I think the yogurt spoiled. I threw the yogurt out because I did not want to take a chance of it making someone sick. This is a nonrefundable item.

If you're looking for a Greek Yogurt with High Protein, NO added sugar, and NO Fat, OIKOS is your best choice. No matter the flavors you like best, they are all fantastic and very healthy. BUY THEM!
