Good No Salt flavor for Low Sodium diet
I bought this as a gift for my mom who is on a low sodium diet. She was given NO Salt Mrs. Dash at the hospital and she liked the flavor of the original blend. Note that the other two blends have cayenne and red pepper which may be spicy for some.

It's a great salt replacement.
It's an excellent salt replacement, with a variety of flavors. I have had 2 heart attacks and needed to change my diet, this was an easy chance to make.
