This alignment rod does exactly what it's supposed to. Not sure it helps.
I'm not sure this is much of a training tool. Perhaps if you are just starting out, it can give you feedback on club face, but I've been playing for about 3 years, and I don't think it's telling me anything that I don't already know. Good quality construction, though.
