I tried many different Iron Supplements over the last few decades as eating red meat gives me indigestion and I tend to eat chicken instead, which is very low in iron. None of them have appeared to work at all.Decided to find a non-magnesium stearate formulation, due to the ongoing internet warnings about consuming tablets with this problematic flow agent used primarily to achieve higher volumes of tablet production by manufacturers.This has no flow agent called magnesium stearate and I felt the difference after just one day of taking this iron supplement (instantly worked). Today, I have so much more energy after just 2 days of usage.Obviously, it is high strength, at an absorption rate of 15% you are looking at 6.3mgs entering the body per supplement taken, when not taken with coffee, milk, and tea always block iron absorption.Very cost effective, since you only need to take one every 3 days. It does work, which a first for me in terms of an iron supplement.Just excellent!

Great value and all round excellent iron supplements. I ordered for NO.2 son and they have worked brilliantly improving his iron levels. WOuld definitely recommend. They are a size but excellent quality

No nasties and it does what it says. I purchased these after checking the ingredients of my ferrous fumarate NHS prescribed iron tablets!Had to get an alternative and these deliver. I will continue to purchase as long as it keeps working.Thank you

Better than some iron supplements. The do still appear to cause constipation though. But they have no nasty fillers, which is great.

Great iron supplement. I have these as a subscription item . Easy to swallow (for me anyway).

I recommend these and will be purchasing more soon.

If you're not used to taking this much iron then I'd definitely suggest to approach this product slowly. I went straight in taking one a day and after just a couple of days my gut didn't agree with it. I then took one every other day andy body handled it much better and now I'm able to take these daily.Also best kept in the bottle as when stored in my pill box they darkened and solidified exposed to oxygen. Also worth noting this happened in e the bottle stared to run low.Got more blood test done after 4 months of daily supplementing and there was an increase in iron, although not as much as we'd hoped.

I'm on my second bottle. Have made me feel a lot better. Had previously been subscribed prescription Iron tablets. I now use these to support my iron levels. Always take with a meal.
