Inaccurate description
Product is good but very clearly didn't match description. Seller didn't care or offer any method for correcting this. Couldn't be bothered to get a refund from Amazon A-Z for which I would have been eligible.

Polite and perfect
I ordered this as a present for my mum who works in a school office - so requested the school colours and a personalised part. May I just say how wonderful this company was. Arrived before time and phoned to check if wording was right. Totally satisfied.
